Return Policy
At Karthik Computers, we strictly ensure that all desktops, laptops, and accessories are dispatched in perfect working condition. Therefore, returns are only accepted in the case of damage during shipping.
Conditions for Return (Transit Damage Only):

Unboxing Video Requirement: You must record a clear, continuous unboxing video when you receive the package. The video must show the shipping label and the condition of the package before opening, as well as the exact damage to the product inside.

24-Hour Window: You must report the damage and share the unboxing video with us within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp.
How to Initiate a Return:

Email us at support@karthikcomputer.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Attach your order number, a brief description of the damage, and the unboxing video.

Once we receive your email, our team will verify the claim. If the concern is found to be legitimate, we will approve the return and issue a replacement product.
Refund Policy
No Monetary Refunds Karthik Computers operates on a strict No Refund policy. We do not issue cash, bank, or credit card refunds for any purchases, including returned items.
Replacements and Exchanges

Damaged Goods: If your item is approved for a return due to shipping damage (as per our Return Policy), you will be issued a replacement of the exact same product.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item instead of receiving a direct replacement, you may do so.

You can select another product of the same value.

If you choose a product with a higher value, you must pay the difference in amount before the new item is dispatched.

Exchanges for items of lesser value are not permitted.
