At our Kovilambakkam store, we work closely with leading laptop brands so that buyers get genuine products with proper billing and support.
We have a Lenovo Evolve Partner certificate and a Dell partner loyalty programme certificate on file at the showroom. These certificates reflect an ongoing relationship with these brands. They do not replace the standard India warranty process, and we do not claim any additional authorisation beyond what these certificates state.

Brand warranty is provided directly by the laptop manufacturer across India, as per their terms. Coverage and duration depend on the specific model and brand policy. For organisations, warranty and documentation are critical. We provide GST invoices with serial numbers for all units, and can help you align model selection with your company’s brand service network.

Every order includes a GST invoice, whether it is a single laptop or a large deployment. Free shipping across India is available on orders above ₹5,000, and orders are dispatched within 2 working days (Mon–Fri) and usually reach you in 4–5 working days.

No. Our refurbished ThinkPad, Latitude and EliteBook models come with Karthik Computers’ 6‑month warranty and 7‑day replacement, not brand warranty.
Yes. All orders, including corporate and bulk purchases, come with a GST invoice that lists the serial numbers for each billed unit.
