A 1-year assembly warranty from Karthik Computers, plus each part's manufacturer warranty.

How long does a build take?

Part lists within one business day; pickup or Chennai delivery in 2–4 days after approval.

Can I bring my own parts or upgrade an existing PC?

Yes — bring your parts or your current PC to the store; we check compatibility, assemble, and charge only for labour and any parts we supply.

Do you ship custom PCs outside Chennai?

Yes, across India, packed in a foam-fitted box with the graphics card secured. Chennai customers can collect at the store.

Is EMI available on custom builds?

Yes — no-cost EMI via Pine Labs on eligible cards, on the full build value with a GST invoice.
